Use this sauce with my Peruvian Chicken and Rice or any food for that matter. It’s that delicious.
- 2 large handfuls cilantro, stems included
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeños, seeds and ribs removed
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 4 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust mayo and olive oil for consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
