This recipe follows the same premise of my Dulce de Leche “Ice Cream” – very easy! Only 5 ingredients and a hand or stand mixer! Please, enjoy the newest addition to our “ice cream” collection – Cookies and Cream “Ice Cream”
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 14oz fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sugar free chocolate sauce
- 20-30 Oreos, crushed (use blender or crush by hand in a large gallon ziploc)
Combine heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in mixing bowl fitted with whisk attachment. Whip on medium-high until mixture reaches soft peak stage. Add crushed Oreos and mix on low until combined.
Pour 1/2 of the ice cream into cold proof container with lid. Drizzle chocolate sauce over ice cream then use chopstick to swirl it around making ribbons. Add second half of ice cream the repeat swirls with more chocolate sauce. Put on lid and freeze at least 24 hours for ice cream to fully set.
